Last month, I was selected as a Do Something American Express Grant Winner for my work on “The Melissa Cole Show.” This award is given to help grow sustainable community action projects created by young activists and entrepreneurs throughout the United States and Canada. I love to entertain my viewers but empowering them with information about our environment and healthy living has always been absolutely paramount.
With the help of this grant, I hope to engage even more viewers with the launch of our new website and blog (coming very soon). I am so excited and very proud to join such an impressive roster of young leaders!

As I will continue to say, I hope one day I will be able to be a guest interviewed by you when you’re on The Today Show or GMA. Just don’t be too hard on me.
